Expressing satisfaction and dissatisfaction
(UNGKAPAN KEPUASAN  DAN KETIDAKPUASAN)

*    Asking about satisfaction / dissatisfaction (Bertanya tentang kepuasan / ketidakpuasan) :

1.        How do you like your room ? (Bagaimana Anda menyukai kamar Anda ?)
2.    Is everything O.K ? (Apakah semuanya O.K ?)
3.    Is everything satisfactory ? (Apakah semuanya memuaskan?)
4.   Are you satisfied ? (Apakah Anda puas?)
5.    Did you find our service satisfactory ? (Apakah Anda merasa layanan kami memuaskan?)
6.   Do you want  to complain about something ? (Apakah Anda ingin mengeluh tentang sesuatu?)
7.    Was something not  to your satisfaction ? (Apakah sesuatu yang tidak untuk kepuasan Anda?)
8.   Are you dissatisfied with something ? (Apakah Anda puas dengan sesuatu?)

*    Expressing saticfiction (Mengekspresikan kepuasan) :

1.    I really like…… (Saya sangat suka)
2.    I’m compeletely satisfied with everything you’ve done for me (Aku puas dengan segala sesuatu yang telah Anda lakukan untuk saya)
3.    It was satisfactory. (Itu memuaskan)
4.   Everything is fine, thank you. (Semuanya baik-baik saja, terima kasih)
5.    Everything was just perfect (Semuanya adalah sempurna)
6.   I’m happy enough with… (Aku cukup senang dengan)
7.    It was okay. Not too bad. (Itu baik-baik saja. Tidak terlalu buruk)
8.   Good enough (Cukup)
9.   I feel satisfied… / contented with it… (Saya merasa puas  / puas dengan itu)
10. It makes me satisfied (Itu membuat saya puas)
11.  It gives me satisfaction (Ini memberi saya kepuasan)

*    Expressing dissatisfaction (Mengungkapkan ketidakpuasan) :

1.    I am little dissatisfied  with the service here (Saya agak puas dengan layanan di sini)
2.    I am a bit disappointed with (Saya agak kecewa dengan)
3.    The food was lousy. (Makanan yang buruk)
4.   I don’t like the color (Aku tidak suka warna)
5.    I have a complaint (Saya memiliki keluhan)
6.   I want to make a complaint. (Saya ingin mengajukan keluhan)
7.    I am dissatisfied with it. (Saya puas dengan itu)
8.   It is dissatisfactory. (Hal ini tidak memuaskan)
9.   It makes me dissatisfied. (Itu membuat saya tidak puas)
10.  I’m very dissatisfied with… (aya sangat puas dengan)

*    Responding to dissatisfaction (Menanggapi ketidakpuasan) :

1.    I see (Begitu)
2.    I’m sorry to hear that (Aku menyesal mendengar bahwa)
3.    I’ll look into it (Aku akan melihat ke dalamnya)
4.   I’ll see what I can do about it (Aku akan melihat apa yang bisa saya lakukan tentang hal itu)
5.   I’ll try and take care of it (Aku akan mencoba dan mengurusnya)

4.   I am very pleased to be able to pass school exams with good grades. (Saya sangat senang untuk dapat lulus ujian sekolah dengan nilai yang baik)

6.   I am very happy with the appearance in a football match yesterday . (Saya sangat senang dengan penampilan di pertandingan sepak bola kemarin)

8.   I am very satisfied with the results of last year's Olympics . (Saya sangat puas dengan hasil Olimpiade tahun lalu.)
9.   I am very satisfied with the implementation of this year ospek (Saya sangat puas dengan pelaksanaan tahun ini ospek)


*      Expressing dissatisfaction ( Mengungkapkan ketidakpuasan) :
1.    I don’t like the color because too flashy. (Saya tidak suka warna karena terlalu mencolok)
2.    I am a bit disappointed with service in the restaurant. (Saya sedikit kecewa dengan layanan di restoran)
3.   I am little dissatisfied  with replicates the results of your physical. (Saya sedikit puas dengan hasil ulangan fisik Anda)
4.  I am very disappointed with this school performance. (Saya sangat kecewa dengan kinerja sekolah)
5.   I am less satisfied with the cleanliness of your class. (Saya kurang puas dengan kebersihan kelas Anda)
6.   I am less satisfied with the waiters at this restaurant. (Saya kurang puas dengan pelayan di restoran ini)
7.  I was disappointed with the service the bank here. (Aku kecewa dengan layanan bank di sini)
8.  I am very disappointed with your grades. (Saya sangat kecewa dengan nilai Anda)


Asking for and giving opinions
Asking Opinion is  to ask other people's opinions on an issue.  
Giving Opinion is to express an opinion on a matter or issue.

 
 
 
       
      

        kali ini kita akan belajar tentang ungkapan-ungkapan dalam bahasa Inggris untuk meminta dan memberi pendapat. Meminta atau memberi pendapat adalah dua hal yang cukup sering dilakukan dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Berikut contoh-contoh ungkapan umum untuk meminta dan memberi pendapat
